I’ve struggled all my life with this empty feeling.

I made this song because my soul needed to let it out, to create something out of it before it took more from me than I could handle. It felt like the only way to hold onto my sanity.

When I was writing it, I was thinking of you. Of anyone who knows what it feels like to be trapped in your own mind… how heavy that can get, how hard it can be to sit with it, to move through it, to keep going.

I want you to know you’re not alone in that feeling.
